I teach alignment based vinyasa yoga. My sessions leave students with the knowledge to build their own steady home yoga and meditation practice, and also the knowledge to feel comfortable in any yoga class. Along with time to check in and discuss goals and progress, there is also time for deep relaxation, hands on adjustment in postures and some homework and suggestions to takeaway post session.
I love helping people feel better in their bodies. Yoga is a practice that is beneficial to all people, regardless of what they do in life and will enhance all aspects of one's life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I meet with the student or can have a phone call to discuss their needs, their interests and we begin to plan a schedule and plan for sessions. From there we decide the best way forward, if I am to travel to them or if they are to travel to me. Sessions typically last from 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 200 Hr RYT through YogaVeda school of Yoga and Ayurveda, I received this certification in the summer of 2016 and have been teaching consistently since then.

One hour session is $60, rates are negotiable for group lessons and for class packages.
