Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The Suzuki Method is an ear training approach to music so we listen to pieces before the student learns how to play them. We also work on learning finger numbers and names of notes on the keyboard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took Suzuki Piano Teacher Training in 1976. I also have an associate's degree in music from Onondaga Community College.
