About
As a dance educator for the last decade I developed the six core skill method to train dancers of all age to master technique and artistry. For fitness I focus on the fundamental four: balance, agility, flexibility and strength.
Weekly virtual classes $10- Cardio dance and barre, yogalates and mind-body mediation.

My goal is to make everyone feel empowered and capibile. Our bodies are our means of navigating the world, if we feel disconnected we can't live our best life.

Using a questions and movement assessments I put together a routine to that focus on skills and improving health.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master degree in dance education, yoga certification, Zumba, Barre and Pilates teaching experience for almost 10 years.
