Thea Horowitz Violin

My name is Thea Horowitz and I’m a passionate music educator and Violinist! I earned a Bachelors in Music Performance at New Jersey City University where I had the privilege to study with professional musicians from the Metropolitan Opera, The Juilliard School, Manhattan School of Music, The Seoul National Symphony, and countless other ensembles at the forefront of the industry. In addition, I completed numerous college credits in early childhood education, music education methods, and child psychology. I was raised in a musical family and have loved music for my whole life.

I am an active volunteer in music education and when I'm not teaching or playing, I love finding new ways to help out the awesome students and parents in the music education community!

I love connecting with my students and finding what motivates them to learn a love of music. With 7 years of private teaching experience and 15 years of playing experience, I strive to provide the best instruction for students of all ages and levels.
