-Spencer Ertle
I take pride in knowing that I can make a difference in someone's life. My goal is to make you healthier both physically and mentally. I want to be looked at as a friend first, and a trainer second. A lot of trainers will take your money and give you a mediocre program that has very little thought behind it.
I want to know you on a personal level in order to understand how I can make things work perfectly for you specifically. Every program I write up is different than the one before.
I do this because I love it, and I want others to fall in love with creating a healthier lifestyle for themselves.
