Hello everyone. My name is Gregory Morrow. I'm one of the asst coaches here at the gym. I do all the conditioning programs as well as the weightlifting along with speed and agility training. Give me a call at 1(859) 814- 6984.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typical process would be start with the footwork of boxing. The footwork is very important from the throwing of punches to the angles of movement while throwing punches and moving around the ring and your opponent
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified boxing coach through the United States Ameture Boxing association. I'm a certified conditioning coach, speed and agility coach as well as strength and conditioning.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
There is a 25.00 sign up for and the price is 80.00 per month. We offer a no contract environment. Dues are to be paid at the 1st of the month.
How did you get started teaching?
I was a mixed martial artist who fell in love with just the sport of boxing. I transitioned to just boxing for a couple yrs learned from all the coaches the went to all the coaching clinics and became certified
