I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I work mostly with busy women 35-55 and help them create the health, body and life they truly desire. I focus on the whole person and teach how diet and exercise alone are not enough. My approach is comprehensive and focused on sustainable habits and how to navigate different phases of life unique to women.
I love helping busy, stressed, frustrated women finally step into their power and connect to their inner badass! Working through mindset and limiting beliefs, cutting through all the noise in the health and fitness space, teaching simple strategies that are sustainable, and creating a safe space are at the core of my work. My goal is to be the last coach someone will need so they can stop hopping from one trend to the next and spend more time living a life they love.

Pricing varies based on package. I require a minimum of 3 month commitment for any package. Pay in full and monthly payment options available. Details are discussed during discovery call.
