In a business, a Creative Director holds the vision for a company. The Creative Director acts as a guide for each member of the team, and the team as a whole, to reach the end goal of a project.
The Creative Director encourages, gives tough love when needed and nudges each person to be better than they were the day before, bringing out the best in them.
That is what I do as a Life Coach. I take individuals on a creative journey, that brings out the best in them, in order to reach the goals they want in life, whether that is in business, health or relationships.
With a blend of skills and qualities from my areas of expertise: Coaching, marketing, theater and massage therapy, I guide people on their journey to fulfillment, while honoring their individual genius along the way.
I love seeing people empowered to stand in their own truth and let their unique genius shine. When a person is confident enough to stand in their own truth, life opens every door to their dreams and fulfillment and happiness happens as a result.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new client, I like to get a really clear picture of where they are in their life at the present moment and where they want to be. Together, we create a list of 2 or 3 areas they would like to improve, and from there, we narrow it down to 1 or 2 attainable goals. Then we make an outline of how to get there throughout our time together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications as a Life Coach and Health Coach. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have spent almost a decade seeing how emotions bend our bodies and how, when our inner life is lighter, it allows our physical selves to be lighter as well. Both massage and Coaching have helped me, help others, to release physical and emotional pain, which allows joy and freedom room to grow.

I am offering a one-time, two hour coaching session for $150.00 right now! (normally priced at $225.00)
I also offer custom coaching packages starting at $1497.00. Length and price determined by desired outcomes.
How did you get started teaching?
I started Coaching while working in management and directing theater productions. I loved seeing my team and casts grow, in skill and confidence. I also went through a coaching program and loved the process so much, I decided to become a Coach myself!

I have worked with independent business owners, wives, mothers and single women looking for career advancement and relationships.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently had a client come back to me after using some of the tools we had talked about in a session, to tell me how excited she was that her marriage had improved, and how much better her outlook on her life was! It was amazing to see the Joy she had found!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Set up a time to talk with the Coach. The most important part is to feel like you connect; the better rapport you have, the better your sessions will be and the more you will get out of them and grow.
