Brenda Johnstone Zumba

Hi! My name is Brenda. I've been a Zumba instructor for 4 yrs. (since 2013) However, prior to becoming an instructor I was a Zumba student for 2 yrs. So Zumba has been a part of my life for a total of 6 yrs! What drove me to Zumba was the party style workout. I hated to workout and got bored with all other workout styles very quickly. I was 40 lbs over weight and needed help losing it. Then one day I saw the Zumba Fitness infomercial and instantly ordered it with pure excitement because I knew this was perfect for me. In the course of a year I lost 40 lbs and never looked back. I teach 7 classes a week and absolutely love my job. I strive to inspire all my students and have seen great results with amazing stories from my students. I am AFAA Certified and take pride in my work.
