I have been teaching vegan cooking classes for almost 20 years.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to asses their skills and their goals. I also spend some time determining what kinds of foods they like so I can fit the class to their tastes.

I have had the opportunity to do cooking demos for 400 people and really love the energy created in an experience like that.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I teach strictly vegan classes but within that realm, I can teach all kinds of foods.
