I am a New York Times best selling cookbook author with the cookbook, Forks Over Knives, The Cookbook

I have also written three other cookbooks, Better Than Vegan, The China Study Quick and Easy Cookbook, and The China Study Family Cookbook.

I have been teaching vegan cooking classes for almost 20 years.

I have been teaching classes for over 20 years and really love helping my students improve their skills in the kitchen.
