The Antic Bough Meditation, Reiki, & Yoga

I am a graduate of the renowned Yoga on High studio in Columbus Ohio in the areas of Reiki and yoga (200hr RYT), and continue to educate myself through their 300 hour teacher training programme, which includes meditation teacher training.

It is my goal to bring peace and wellness to those I teach, and as such promote self care and self awareness. I have learned many techniques over the years that have helped me achieve harmony with many aspects of every day life and my internal dialogue, and it is my heartfelt desire to bring these lessons to the public at large. My approach is non-judgemental and compassionate, so you can feel free to be yourself and not some idea of who you should be.
