What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I'd do a simple placement test to see where their level of expertise is and determine which route and program I would organize for student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've studied overseas and received an international baccalaureate in Art (College equivalent credit). As well, studied oil painting under Professor Valentine at the Ohio State University.
I was also apart of an "Unconscious Bias" Exhibition hosted by A.R.T ART Resource team in Wyoming, OH my piece "Sunshine" won 1st place. Ive also hosted & instructed numerous paint parties, and one on one sessions with middle school and high school students. (Due to COVID this has changed)

Depends on supplies needed for set program and time frame of courses. This will be updated soon. However, I am very reasonable!
How did you get started teaching?
Helping others is my nature. I love to pass on knowledge. I'd say my family would alway ask for assistance with their kids school projects. And it was fun seeing their Art progress.
What types of students have you worked with?
Middle and High School students. I am interested with assisting Special needs (however please note this when requesting a lesson)
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Easter 2021 was amazing! I created a "create your own puzzle" package for kids. I had a number stecil on the puzzle with numbered paint and the kids enjoyed themselves! The puzzle came with easter themed toys, candy, & sensory & brain stimulating games.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are not over charged and you learn techniques etc to last a lifetime! Hey this could be your business some day!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask about supplies & quality of supplies rec.
Ask about curriculum and what to expect.
Ask about payments etc so there is no confusion.
