Steve Shaw runs one of the most-respected powerbuilding, muscle building, and strength training channels on YouTube: Massive Iron. He has trained with or interviewed some of the biggest names in lifting from Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman to powerlifter Donnie Thompson.

Steve came close to setting the all-time over-50 powerlifting world record. Now, at the age of 52, he has added ultrarunning to his resume and recently completed a 100-kilometer run.

    The progressive overload method makes it easy to understand when to go up in weight and gives me noticeable results providing I put in the work.
