I am a self taught artist! I'm continually evolving and learning with my own art but I'm also a teacher at heart! I can share my knowledge in a relatable way for those who are looking how to learn how to paint or draw, without the technical training.
Online video calls will probably be best, but if you're local, I'm open to talking about in-person.
On a personal level, I'm a mom of 3 and I nanny my friend's baby during the day! Evening typically works best for my during the week, and either morning or evening on the weekend. I homeschool my oldest as well (teacher at heart... lol).
Drawing/painting is my thing. It's my constant. It's what I turn to when I want to relax and turn off my brain to the other things around me.
But I love creating. I love getting to the finished product and that happy/proud feeling that I created that piece.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We'll first talk about goals and where the student wants to take the art, and what they would like to learn.
That will give me a starting point.
