About
I am an undergraduate Vocal Music Education Major with a background of working with kids ages 10-19. I currently student teach at El Reno High School and Hillcrest Elementary, and have years of experience in vocal music and education even without a degree. I am constantly looking for new ways to grow in my own musicianship, and am so excited to share that with my students!
I love making and sharing music as well as working with kids! There is so much to learn from children and so much potential and creativity to tap into with our future musicians!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I am new to taking my own students and am excited to learn alongside my students! I would love to get to know more about what style of teaching each child needs and I am ready to do my best to accommodate!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a senior Vocal Music Education Major at the University of Central Oklahoma and have studied with some of the best vocal professors in the state, including many of the founders and executive staff of Oklahoma's only opera company Painted Sky Opera. My focus in my degree is the study of teaching music from elementary to secondary levels. I received a 3 on my AP Music Theory exam, and have finished all theory requirements for my degree and often tutor fellow students. I believe I have a good grasp on the material taught at the high school level and feel confident in my ability to tutor this subject!
