We are looking more at keeping Oklahoma healthier then anything. Boxing is a tough grueling sport. That take discipline and character. It also a fun way to get in some awesome cardio while learning to defend oneself. It also builds confidence and character. Give me one complmery session to show you my passion for your results and well being while having some fun at the same time!!!!
I love to see people over come things that that thought were impossible. Taking a fragile egg and watching them blossom into someone totally different!!!

NASM certified as well as boxing instructor. Certified Orange Theory Fitness coach. Been in fitness for 16 and I absolutely love it!!
How did you get started teaching?
I was always in sports. So just following my passion. Knew this is what I wanted to do a long time ago!!
What types of students have you worked with?
I worked with all walks of life from elderly, kids, special conditions, athletes as well. I’ve trained a wheelchair client before.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask the background of the instructor. They should always sit you down for consultation before any training is done. Ask past experience on how they trained former clients
