About
My mission is to serve my community by practicing Yoga, Mindfulness and healthy ways to care for your mind, body and soul through yoga.
I currently teach children and adults in group settings and private settings. I also volunteer my time to teach for our youth shelters here in the metro area and I plan to expand my services to the Homeless shelters as well. My goal is to open up my own Yoga studio where I can host these classes and many community events in the next 2 to 3 years.
Spanish Yoga classes will be coming soon!!!
I love helping people become the best version of themselves and I truly enjoy not only serving my community but making it a better place.
