I have a M.S. in clinical psychology and a background in mental health counseling. I have practiced yoga for many years and finally found my passion in guiding others through these life-changing practices. I believe yoga is for everyone and want to make people feel comfortable and confident. I enjoy working with people one-on-one or in groups. I love sharing the practice of Yoag Nidra (yogic sleep) - a guided meditation - which has profound effects on stress reduction and sleep habits. I am currently working towards my 500 hr. Advanced teacher training with an emphasis in Theraputics.

What types of students have you worked with?
All types - vigorous vinyasa to chair yoga. And I love all the in between too! I enjoy a mindful practice that builds strength and flexibility. I also believe we live in a society of "doing more" and that sometimes doing less is just what our nervous systems need to rest and restore.
