Our popular 1-hour group classes at Bridgetown Fitness are designed to target all areas of cardio, strength and mobility. We are able to achieve this through specifically designed classes for each day. Our instructors provide motivation along with personal training in a group class setting. We design workouts that cater to all levels of fitness. We are a team first!

Our typical process for working with new clients ae having them come in for a free first class session. This applys to both group classes and personal training sessions. This will allow us to learn more about their current body coditioning and health.
We have certified trainers as well as professional athletes on our instructor roster.
