We are the place to come for results! We start with a complimentary fitness assessment to discuss your goals in detail and to get some information about you. We will ask you about your past experience with exercise. What has worked and not worked for you in the past? What motivates you? Do you have injuries or anything we should know? How is your diet? In addition to working with a personal trainer, we also have all the cardio and strength equipment you need and we have group classes. We would make sure you are utilizing all we have to offer in order for you to reach your goals and have fun while doing it. We look forward to talking with you.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Everyone is different, everyone has their own specific goals, and everyone has different motivators. We spend time with our clients to make sure we are working with them in a way to assure they get the results they desire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certified personal trainers with years of experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies on so many things. How long will the sessions be? How often will you work with a trainer? How much do you already know? What will your committment be? We like to meet with potential clients and talk with them about designing the best workout program. Without know all that, it is difficult to pinpoint a price. Our full sessions are typically $40-$60.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work will all types of students. Experienced athletes to beginners. Kids to seniors. We also work with people recovering from injury or those needing low impact.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure a personal trainer takes an interest in YOU and YOUR GOALS! You are different from every other person they have ever worked with. You are special and you need a special workout designed just for you.
