I offer positive, uplifting instruction of techniques and methods for developing professional quality artworks. I'd love to help you learn about my greatest love- ART!
For me, teaching art is an art. I see my students as a creative challenge and a beautiful toolbox with which I can inspire and enhance to make the world more beautiful. Art makes people proud of who they are and happy to produce. Making art makes us feel more alive. Art leaves traces of our life in beautiful moments.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten years of experience teaching in college. I also hold a BA in Studio Art and an MFA in Painting.

Pricing for lessons is $25 per hour.

I began working as a teaching assistant while obtaining my MFA.

My work has been exhibited in New York City, 3 times, which has made me proud. I am most proud when my students succeed and rely on creative pursuits for personal enrichment!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Chemistry matters. We all have different learning styles and prefer various types of instruction. Talk to your teacher to see if you are a match!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What their goals are. Students should discuss intention-what they wish to accomplish.
