With 20 plus years of cooking, rubbing restaurants and subsequently teaching as we went along, we decided to branch out and offer our servicea and knowledge of the food insustry to anyone who is interested in learning. From the most basic of leasons, to knife skills and fine dining courses, we do it all!
Being able to give others the skills that we as a culinary team have acquired over the years and see people share in the enjoyment of being able to create the perfect meal is fulfillment enough.
