Experienced Private Chef that happens to be a Nurse! I love cooking food with love and showing others how to do so as well, but in a Healthy way! I have experience in preparing excellent American, Spanish, Italian, and Vegetarian Cuisine! It is such a joy for me to teach others how to cook yummy foods in the most healthy way! Take part in cooking lessons, but also use my newly launched recipe Book and Nutrition Guide to help you along!
I enjoy helping others prepare foods that they love, but in the most healthy way! As a working nurse, I am able to see that most sickness and disease originates with our diet! My ultimate goal is to change that as I help others change their cooking skills and nutrition knowledge.
