What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Depending on the needs/wants of the student. If it’s purely self-defense we will focus on all aspects from standing to ground, to weapons etc.. Some students just want a good workout that is more fun than most. If that’s the case we can do that as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rob Walker has been involved in martial arts for over 20 years. With a background that includes arts such as Kali, Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and Traditional Karate he has a vast understanding of what works and what doesn't in a real world situation. Along with training Civilian for personal protection, Rob is also a Defensive Tactics Instructor running programs through the Dept. of Corrections.
Along with Rob's Martial Arts background he is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association. So if the Martial Arts aren't you're thing, you can schedule a kickass workout! Our gym has everything you need to get in shape!

The prices vary based on Private, Semi-Private, and group. Best thing to do is call and we can go over everything.

Find the right match. Ask questions. And don’t be nervous or scared about giving it a shot. It’s fun.
