I am a highly trained Chef. I have worked with Anthony Bourdain, Daniel Boulud and many others. I was the Executive Sous Chef at Striped Bass and owned Solaris Grille in Chestnut Hill PA for 13 years. I was the personal chef for many Philadelphia Sports figures and I’m a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
I love the moment a student learns something useful they didn’t know before.

John and his wife, Elaine, were absolutely amazing. They are an incredibly talented couple and make even the worst cooks (like myself) feel like a superstar. They provide everything you need and more and create a really relaxed and laid back environment which is really enjoyable. My cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be signing up for another class in the future! Check them out, you will not be disappointed!
