The Personal Chef Company
About
Format| Classes can be hands-on or demonstration, whichever you prefer. They begin with a discussion of the various ingredients used as well as a discussion of the techniques you’ll learn. Once the cooking starts, tastings will be enjoyed as each dish is completed.
Customization| As is the case with every menu we offer, everything can be customized to suit your taste and curiosity. If there is a particular dish you’d like to prepare, let us know and we’ll include it in your menu. If you prefer a vegetarian menu, we’re happy to accommodate that as well.
Your Instructor| Chef David Salvatore has 25+ years of experience in fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants and hotels in the United States and France. His primary cuisines of expertise are French and Italian with a deep affinity for Mediterranean, Thai and Vietnamese cooking. Questions are welcome, and encouraged - we want you to learn as much as you can.

What types of students have you worked with?
You can choose to have your class with a group of friends, or one-on-one with the chef to hone your skills. Group classes tend to be more fun and entertaining, while one-on-one classes are for those who wish to have a concentrated learning experience. As for group size, 6 is a good maximum number of participants, but of course it all depends on the space available.
