Hi all! My name is Joye, and I'm a performer and dance instructor native to the tri-state area. I teach students at any skill level, any interest level, and any age at a pace that is right for you. Since I grew up a student of dance, I've spent my life collecting teaching methods and training tips that center YOU as the focus of the lesson! Whether you have a love for dance or a fear of it, I'll see to it that you feel empowered through movement. Self-appreciation and confidence are at the root of my work. I love what I do and I can't wait to help you grow on your dance journey!
Due to COVID, I can also set up a meaningful lesson for you virtually, or design a low-contact lesson for you. No matter your circumstance, I'll work with you to help you reach your goals in whatever capacity you need.
From working on acrobatics with 4-year-olds to teaching their grandparents how to tap dance, I dabble in it all! My passion for dance and movement began when I was very young and I'm so fortunate to continue to share my creativity and skill for dance with members of the community. Not only do I teach private lessons, but I teach at gyms and studios around the tri-state, so I can help find a perfect place for you or your child flourish in their dancing.
