About
I am a former DIII lacrosse player who has been coaching youth through varsity high school level players in lacrosse and basketball for the past three years. As a Level One US Lacrosse certified coach, I look to prepare my players for the next level of their game. I like to focus on fundamentals, stick work, speed and agility, and game knowledge in order to help my players become well-rounded athletes. In basketball, I like to focus on ball handling, passing, and footwork. Each player is different which allows me the opportunity to think outside of the box and tailor each session to the individual.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start by assessing their strengths and weaknesses and where their fitness level and game knowledge are at.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Level One US Lacrosse certified coach.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I typically charge $50/hour and then for each additional athlete (if a group session), the price goes down $5/per player (4 players max). For example, two athletes would each pay $45/session, 3 athletes would be $40/session and so on.
How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching after I graduated from college. There was an opening for an assistant varsity/head JV girls lacrosse coach at my high school so I decided to get my start there.
What types of students have you worked with?
From beginners (ages 3-5) through varsity high school level athletes.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Each athlete needs to be sure of their commitment to training, in sessions and on their own. Each athlete should also be responsible about the other areas of their life (family, school, etc.) and how their training fits in. He or she needs to ask themselves what they want out of sessions and what their end goals are.
