At FITLIFE Performance Training we deal with two different populations; the athlete and the individual training for fitness and fat loss.

Private Training
One-on-One personal training with one of our Nationally Certified Trainers gives you the full and undivided attention of our elite personal trainers. The level of personal attention and detail is unmatched with a tailor made program just for you and your goals.
Semi-Private Training
Workouts are for 2-4 people. Some of our most successful clients train with the Semi-Private option, with some friendly competition or support you can start seeing results in no time.
