• Education: It is our Personal Training Team's job to teach our clients the proper and most current techniques so that they will have a safe and effective workout.
• Motivation: Our Trainers will provide you with the motivation you need to stay excited and focused on the plan that is produced for your desires and goals.
• Accountability: Our customized programs are designed to ensure you are adhering to your program, and maximizing your total workout experience for optimum results.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to talk with new clients about their personal goals and then develope a persoanlized plan and timeline of how we are going to achieve it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Kinesiology.
I'm also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
