Be Fit Philly
About
After earning a BFA in Dance Education from the University of the Arts, Carolyn danced professionally for six years & began her now 20 year career as a dance teacher. She has taught various styles of dance to beginner to advanced dancers. In 2005, she also became a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. After many years in gyms, Carolyn began to work independently and established Be Fit Philly. She currently offers a variety of fitness classes as well as personal training sessions.
I find joy in movement. Whether it be for strength or creativity, movement is the best medicine for the mind, body and soul. I love sharing my passion for dance and fitness with others.
