As an educator, coach, and trainer my services are underpinned by 3 pillars (diversity, inclusion, and equity) in development, performance, and motivation to improving all aspects of the request, which can be measured intrinsically, as well as academic and athletic ability. A skills assessment is done to determine workout plan and appropriate activity schedule.

I enjoy unlocking potential, maximizing performance, and improving the person holistically. I have a BS, MSW, and M.Ed. Degrees with several certifications and many athletic awards while attending college and after college at the Master's level athlete.

My degrees and awards are just a subpart of my larger humanity and interest in improving learners academic and athletic skills, critical thinking, and overall academic and court awareness (BB, Tennis) ability and tutoring to maximize human performance.
