
My teaching style of yoga stands out because I focus on the true meaning of yoga, "union," mind, body, & spirit. It's not all about the poses. GENTLE YOGA, not athletic. We start with a bit of mat chat, breathing techniques, poses (stretching/toning/balancing/flexibility), then end with relaxing meditation.
I enjoy helping students enter the yoga lifestyle. Watching them become more flexible, heal injuries, become more relaxed, have fun, and make new friends....brings me joy 🙏

I have been enjoying yoga classes with Isabel for some time now. It's a small, intimate studio with an emphasis on gentle yoga. It's a nice mix of relaxing and invigorating poses, with beautiful music and a lovely meditation session at the end. I highly recommend!
I just started with yoga for the first time. I’m enjoying the format of the class starting with conversation, yoga and meditation all within a warm and accepting environment. I can’t do everything but am looking forward to learning a routine I can follow through at home.
