I hold certifications in 3 fields dealing with Personal Training, Basketball Training, and Educational Training. My goal is to have 3-Levels of Success for my clients. Regardless of which training you choose, I will do my very best to assist you with achieving your goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING: I am certified and have extended experience in the personal training field. My expertise is focused on creating workout plans for my clients to achieve their exercise goals. Helping individuals with weight loss, endurance, strength, conditioning, flexibilty, etc is a dedicated part of care for my clients. I want us to work together on making our training a positive, rewarding, and fun experience for both of us.

BASKETBALL TRAINING: I have over 20 years of coaching experience on a variety of levels. My resume includes small college, high school, middle school, and youth travel coaching. Also, I train athletes on many skill levels. From younger players to college players my plan is to make our training beneficial for my student-athletes to have an enjoyable, meaningful, and rewarding experience which will help them achieve their basketball goals. Also, I communicate with college coaches on a regular basis and assist my clients who have plans if playing college basketball. The game of basketball has been a huge part of my life and look forward to helping young players improve their talent level.

EDUCATIONAL TRAINING: I have a wealth of experience in the area of K-8 education. My career is focused on working with children and helping them become the best students possible in the classroom. My passion has always been teaching and I definitely enjoy watching children accomplish goals they work to achieve while working with me as a teacher.

From the time I first began working in my 3 training careers I have devoted countless hours to helping my clients achieve their ultimate goals. Being able to work with awesome kids and adults has been such a rewarding experience in my life!
