I have experience working with youth to older adults. I work with individuals just starting a workout routine to looking to challenge themselves for races and events. As well as individuals that are post rehabilitation from injuries or have certain health issues that impact muscles and joints. I believe in whole health and having a well rounded routine. This will help to create balance and feel your best!

    During college I got group fitness certified and have been teaching since 2007. I have always enjoyed exercise through various methods - being taught or teaching in group and privates.

    With the help of endurance and speed training as well as  Pilates I have completed half marathons, a marathon, a day 35 mile challenge, an over night volcano hike, and other long challenging hikes.
