I am passionate about helping individuals see their strengths and spirit. The journey of finding what makes you energizes and excited can feel overwhelming. I am here to help guide you to what that is. I have been a Social Worker since 2005 and worked with many different indiviudals and families. I have found that all people want happiness and health in their lives. I enjoy being apart of the process with you by understanding your perspective and help you focus on your goals no matter how big or small.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In the first appointment, I hear about what you would like out of this process; you goals, areas of concern and strengths. Then together we determine the timeframe of what the work would look like together. That might be weekly appointments for one hour or once a month for two. The process is collaborative.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my graduate degree in Social Work in 2005. I became a Licensed Social Work in 2007. Since then I have worked with hundards of indiviudals and families in private and public services. Now I am interested in giving back in a way that allows me to meet with more people and help them growth personally in their relationships, careers, families and health.
