I am a certified 200+ multistyle (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama) yoga instructor and life coach! My biggest focus is on learning to love yourself and recovery from heartbreak. I tie elements of both yoga and life coaching into every lesson I teach, for your highest and greatest good! After separating from a very unhappy marriage last year I decided to dedicate my life to self love and helping other people with similar struggles! I did a life changing yoga teacher training on the beautiful beaches of Goa in India, worked with life and business coaches, and decided to incorporate these two things that have helped me so much into my lessons! I am passionate about helping you in your own journey and teaching you about yoga, meditation, and self care, I look forward to workin with you!!!
I absolutely LOVE seeing the progress and growth in my students and clients! My biggest passion in life is self care and helping other people learn to love themselves. By incorporating elements of life coaching, yoga, and meditation into all our lessons, we are able to really dig deep into your self care. Yoga is about uniting the body, mind, and soul, so we will address each of these using different tools and techniques!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will take a few minutes to discuss where you are at and where you want to be, then create a plan of action to get you there! My lessons are consist heavily of breathing exercises, guided meditation, affirmations, working through blocks, and creating consistent habits to support your growth and recovery. Of course the bulk focus of our lesson will shift depending on whether you choose the yoga, meditation, or life coaching lesson, but each of these will carry elements of the others.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour multi-style Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India in 2018. Our training was focused on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha(which is my personal favorite!). We did a lot of training in Pranayama (breathing exercises) as well!
I have personally worked with life and business coaches as well as done a lot of personal inner work using the tools and techniques I teach! I am also currently enrolled in a program specifically to become a certified life coach, just to learn more as it is an unregulated field.
