Julie Sites Yoga
About
I have been teaching yoga for 3.5 years. I have experience in power, gentle, chair and restorative types of yoga. I have also led guided, visual meditations. My goal is to have the students achieve whatever it is they are looking for- whether it's for stress relief, relaxation, strength or flexibility. I've taught classes at the Chartiers Community Center, SKM Dance Studio, Indigo Yoga Loft, and I'm just starting at Highpoint Fitness. I've taught workshops and Zoom and I have a yoga art page on Instagram with the handle @musingsonthemat . I've won photo contests over the years as mainly a hobby.
I love being creative in my movements and at the same time giving a full body workout that flows. I like knowing my students feel fresh and alert after class, and that they come back the next week is ultra gratifying!!
