My passion is to help women find self care, not just any self care. The spiritual kind that helps you feel more connected and relaxed!

Working with the support of the plant ally cacao and the practices of yoga to use as the tool to bring more awareness to your needs everyday.

Creating a relationship with cacao will allow you to live a life with more authenticity, ignite your passions and allow you to connect to your needs. Practicing yoga while you deepen your cacao relationship will only further your connection.

Both virutal or in person options are available for us to work together as I mentor you on deepening both a practice in yoga and support your relationship with cacao.

I have been a certified yoga teacher for 3 years, receiving my 200 hour teacher training in 2019. I then went on to become a cacao ceremony facilitator and received that education in 2020. I contiunue to deepen both practices through ongoing continued education.

My services are ideal for the women new to these practices and are looking for deeper support on her journey.

As a Mom I reached a point in my life that my passions were gone. I no longer knew who I was, what made me happy and what life I needed outside of my children and family.

Cacao and my yoga practice brought me back home to self. I was able to rediscover who I was.

I love to help other women do just this. Offering cacao ceremonies is where I first discovered I want to go deeper in sharing this medicine.

To see the spark and story sharing in ceremony is just the first step, but I have helped over 10 women continue to deepen their cacao relationship after a cacao ceremony ends.

I live in Eastern Ct. and have been helping women in this area for 2 years, but want to expand with virtual services as well as more private in person sessions to those local to me.
