About
We are an authentic boxing gym. We train amateur and professional boxers, as well as hands training for individuals in MMA or Kickboxers. Our atmosphere is like no other gym and we will provide you with the type of training you're looking for.
We also have a personal fitness professional in-house, who is a retired NFL football player and USC football alumni. We will provide you with an entire fitness or boxing training routine that will have you ready for whatever your goals have been set to.
We love the family atmosphere of our gym along with our diverse members. This is a gym where everybody is able to workout with anyone and not feel intimidated.

We like to meet with the person and talk to them face to face so we can see what goals they have set and then we'll go from there.
