Retired US Army Warrant Officer and Author of Taking on the NFL: The National Martial Arts League ,Dexter Kennedy, is the chief instructor, started his martial art training with Master Eddie Gaston, and later changed to Martial Arts Columbia’s First Nationally ranked Black-belt Mike Genova in 1976. Earning his 1st degree black belt in American Karate in 1986. Later that year he opened his first karate school in Texas. When a high school student attending Eau Claire High School, Dexter learned how to deal with bullies and survive gangs, and is now ready to provide his guidance and tutelage in martial arts.
