About
You shouldn't care how much a coach knows until you know how much they care. As your coach, I am committed to providing you with the best services available and I care more than the other option.
During our time working together we will develop skills that benefit your wellness, fitness, and personal goals. I know what it is like to be stuck and frustrated in your training and it can be disheartening. However, I hope to be the coach that helps you overcome any obstacles in your way so that you can live the life you deserve!
I enjoy watching my clients grow, reach their goals, and eventually gain autonomy. Celebrating client's wins excites me and brings me so much fulfillment!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My client progresses through weekly custom workout and nutrition plans that are personally written by me. These workouts consider:
- previous and current training
- client reported goals
- client’s time and commitment level
- extraneous factors in the client’s life
To optimize my client's results, I pair the above considerations with my own practical expertise, and science to support it. I also offer online support for my clients to reach me in between updates for anything they need. This includes video form analysis, questions, and concerns.
The support and content is all there, so I am looking for clients who are coachable and committed. We will keep communication open, honest, and frequent. We will work smart AND hard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been passionate about fitness after growing up involved in sports. This passion was fostered into much more during my time studying for my degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina. It was here that I gained experience in personal training, D1 sports performance enhancement, research, and biomechanical analysis.
This has led me to a career as a coach, and I am currently expanding my skill set as a student at the Medical University of South Carolina to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages and skill sets. From youths looking to improve their sport performance, to professional athletes fine tuning their game.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Have a conversation with the coach before hiring them. Sometimes coaches look good on paper, but personalities don't always mix well.
I always have a discovery call with prospective clients before they decide to hire me. It is important to make sure we are a good fit and that there isn't another option available to you that I think would be more appropriate.
