Our coaches go through a rigorous training protocol before they are allowed on the coaching floor. Our coaches and trainers specialize in strength and conditioning, and group training.
We love the see the excitement, and happiness, from our clients when they begin to see results. When a client begins to reach their goals, whether that be adding weight to their strength training, losing body fat, gaining muscle, or achieving their dream body, the excitement they show brings a smile to our faces.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our process typically begins with a phone, or in-person, assessment of the clients goals with one of our personal training staff. This will allow us to put a program together that aligns with their goals, and work with the client throughout the process to ensure they are taking steps each session to reach the goals they are aiming to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our coaches are certified personal trainers, and go through a rigorous internal training protocol before they are allowed on the coaching floor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our standard pricing system for personal training is $75 per 1-hr session, and $50 per 30-min session.
How did you get started teaching?
All of our coaches and trainers had a passion for exercise and fitness. After realizing the benefits for ourselves, we wanted to share the knowledge we had acquired over the years with other members of the local community to help them achieve the best version of themselves.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Clients should look to find a trainer who is willing to listen to them, their goals, and their concerns. Trainers should be working with their clients to help them achieve their goals and clients should be looking for trainers who are willing to put in the time to get to know their clients in order to best serve them.
