My name is Coach Elliott Lightfoot. I've been coaching and training for over 20 years. I've coached football & track on the collegiate level, and I've done football, Basketball, and track on the high school level. I've coached several All -Americans, All-State, and All-Conferences student athletes. My services stands out because I'm about helping my student athletes improve mentally and physically. It's my duty to help you grow and develop. I also keep it real. God has truly afforded me this passion and it's about you the student athletes.
It's my passion and my reward is watching my student athletes achieve their goals and dreams.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I talk to them and their parents get a feel for what they are trying to do. We'll work on Speed and agility. We'll also work on the fundamentals of that particular sport.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of coaching experience in the sports of football, basketball, and track. I've been a head coach and an assistant coach. I've also been an assistant athletic director on the collegiate level. I've also taught on the high school and middle school level. So I've been evaluating student athletes for quite some time. I've also worked with youth at risk for over 20 years. These experiences have helped me help student athletes compete on the Professional level, the collegiate level and the high school level.
