Nelly Yoga

Authentic, passionate yoga teacher who helps me finding myself through yoga. I feel more relaxed, my health, my lifestyle improved. She taught me some sequences. Now I can even practice by myself at home or wherever whenever I have time. I still go to Nhi class for meditation and help with alignment to understand my body and to go deeper in my practice.
