I am a firm believer in working my clients outs physically and mentally. I want to bring out the inner beast that is inside my clients and I really want my clients to challenge their self in each workout that I have for them. I like incorporating boxing and kicking in my routines also. I have been personal training for over 20 years and 4 of the years I was in the military. I am a level 2 "Training For Warriors" Trainer/Coach
I love helping people reach their personal goals and helping them get that body transformation they have been waiting for.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start with a consultation which will give us an opportunity to meet each other and find out your short term and long term goals and also find out your exercise history and medical history. If he or she decides they want me to train them then I will take their weight and measurements and get their percentage of body fat. I also will take them through an assessment to see where their fitness level is at.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a level 1 and 2 Certified "Training For Warriors" Coach. I also studied under the National Strength and Conditioning Association Guidelines. I have a bachelors of Art degree in Network and Communication Management
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
One on One- 50 dollars a session
or $300 a month
Srrength and Conditioning Boot Camp- 100 a month
How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching when I was 18 years old at a gym called President Health Club.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with young athletes from 8 years old to 18 and adults aging from 18 to 65. Athletes in all sports
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the person is passionate about what he is doing
