To me, well-being is all about balance. With a holistic approach to teaching, I strive to guide my students to find a connection between their mind, body, & soul. My classes are designed for the needs & goals of each individual student. My sequences are challenging, yet accessible with a focus on safe body alignment & injury prevention. My intention is to create a safe, empowering space where my students can gain strength & increase flexibility as well as grow with awareness, compassion & dharma.
I began practicing yoga 6 years ago. Like most people, I was initially attracted to the physical aspect of yoga. I was looking for a life-long sustainable workout that would counterbalance my urban lifestyle as well as prevent injuries. But what I found was so much more than just the asanas. The more I practiced, the more I wanted to practice. In 2017, I decided to deepen my practice by immersing myself in the 200 Hour Power Yoga Certification & the 50 Hour Extension Program at CorePower Yoga. It was her that I truly feel in love with yoga & everything that it encompasses.
Now, I do what I love... sharing the experience of yoga with others. I teach private yoga classes, private group classes as well as community classes at Infinite 8 Fitness, Gold's Gym & Crunch.
