What is your typical process for working with a new student?
This is where I get to know you! We will discuss and break down any goals you may have as well as collaborating to find the perfect program specified to you. Once we’re ready to start the workout, I will give you a general fitness assessment which consists of testing upper and lower body mobility, strength endurance and go over a few of the baseline movements. We will finish the session with a short high intensity circuit, followed by a discussion of your homework that I will be giving you.
