What I most enjoy about what I do is working with the youth helping our youth over come challenges and obstacles while building up their self confidence motivating them to be great no matter how hard or difficult the process in the end you will win

What I enjoy when it come to working with teens and adults is helping them reach their personal goals that they have set and exceeding their expectations

In our programs we work as hard as we enjoy having fun

    I liked that the trainers are personable and they make an effort to make you feel as comfortable as possible at the gym. They know what they are doing and are quick to correct you if they see you doing a wrong format. they make an effort to do modifications on exercise that fit your needs.      light warm up such as stretching and  loosening up moving to a more physical warm up such as walking,  jogging , jump rope,  ect from there we move into boxing training for novice and skilled training we will always start with the basics learning footwork , striking , combination ect every work out is concluded with a mitt striking work out 

    I started boxing in 2005 when my father was a boxing trainer I fell in love with the sport right away through the year of training and competing my love for the sport grew more and more 

    My training really took life after traing my daughter in boxing not to compete or for the workout but for the self defense aspect she is my only girl of four with three older brothers lol after training her and see how great of a boxer she has evolved into I just fell in love with training and been doing it ever since 

    I've work with countless students age from 7yrs old and up some just looking for self defense while others looking to compete or just shed some unwanted weight
