About
I like to make yoga accessible to all levels and learn more with every new person I meet.
The philosophy and the practice are beautiful and easily applied to life in general. If you want to learn how to do this please contact me now. There's so much more to yoga than poses. There's so much beauty and strength to find within ourselves, within those spaces in between the mental chatter. I enjoy searching within.
